abstract The present invention relates to a cleansing wipe comprising a single abrasive and a water-in-lipid emulsion comprising 2-60% of a mains solidified lipid phase, a dispersed 39.97% internal aqueous phase and an effective amount of organic polysilylene. The present invention relates to a further process for applying the emulsion to a friction material. The wiping device of the present invention is useful for effective cleaning of skin surfaces, such as perianal skin surfaces. ŕ
