Radioactive labeled peptides for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes |
abstract |
The invention reagensrevőnatkőzik for preparing a radiopharmaceutical which binds to kelátképzőmaradékhőz a synthetic, receptor binding vazőaktívintesztinális peptide covalently bound to a radioactive nyőmjelzőtechnéciűmőt or rhenium chelated form which is incorporated into the reagent, the synthesis of the reagent during and radiopharmaceutical szervazőaktív intestinal peptide labeled with technetium or rhenium its binding affinity for the receptor is not less than about one-tenth of the affinity of the radioiodine-containing vasoactive intestinal peptide. Technetium-99-labeled reagents can be used as a scintigraphic imaging agent, while rhenium-186 or rhenium-188-labeled reagents can be used as a radiotherapeutic agent to diagnose or treat diseases associated with the active intestinal peptide receptor. The present invention relates to processes for the preparation of the above reagents and to radiopharmaceuticals labeled with 99 or rhenium-186 or rhenium-188. ŕ |
