abstract | The present invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I) in which: - single or double bond, R is hydrogen or C 1-4 alkyl, Rf and R'f independently are one or more fluorocarbyl substituted C1-4, and C1-4 alkyl; R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, phenyl, aryl and aryl and aryl; C 1-4 alkylpiperidine, -COR6 generalpad, wherein R6 is -OR4, wherein R4 is as defined above, or optionally substituted with one or more fluorocarbon, C 1-4 alkylpiperidine. The present invention also relates to processes for the preparation of the compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds, and to the use of the compounds as inhibitors of androgen function. ŕ |
