titleOfInvention | New 7,8-dihydro-8-methyl-9H-1,3-dioxolo- [4,5-h] [2,3] benzodiazepine derivatives, a pharmaceutical composition comprising such an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the active ingredient. |
abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to novel 7,8-dihydro-8-methyl-9H-dihydroxy [4,5-h] [2,3] benzodiazepine derivatives of the general formula (I), a pharmaceutical composition comprising such an active ingredient, and a process for the preparation thereof. The novel compounds are primarily used to treat epilepsy, jaundice degenerative diseases or stroke-like conditions. In the general formula (I), R1 is - (CH2) n-CO- (CH2) mR of general formula R, from which R is a halogen atom, a pyridyl tube, or a radical of the formula -NR3R4, wherein R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, 3-6. szénatőmősciklőalkilcsőpőrt, 1-4C alkoxy group, amino group, adőttesetben one or two 1-4C alkyl substituted phenyl, or 1-4C alkyl, optionally substituted esetbenfenilcsőpőrttal or a 5- or 6-membered saturated heterőciklűsőscsőpőrttal, said heterocyclic csőpőrtheterőatőmként 1-3 it contains either a nitrogen tube and a monocotyledonator and, in the case of a given, substituted phenylpyrrhydrate, which, in a given case, heat up 1-3 constellations of heat, from which the ascorbic 1-4 carbon atoms, or R3 and R4 with the carotid nerve gene and, in a given case, an additional nitrogen gene may be added. together with my brain antigen, it forms a 5- or 6-membered, saturated or unsaturated, heterocyclic tube, which is substituted in the case of phenylpyrrhydrate, in which case, in the case of the addition of the phenyl tube, it is a 1 to 3 carbon atoms, which is 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n is 0, 1 or 2, at 0, 1 or 2, R2 is a nitrile tube coat, an amine powder, or a (1-4C) alkanoyl amine tube, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. ŕ |
