The present invention relates to novel N-benzyl-2-phenylindole derivatives of general formula (I) or (II) for use as an estrogen. In the general formula (I) or (II), R 1 is hydrogen or hydroxy tube or an ester or alkyl ether thereof or a halogen atom thereof; R 2, R 3, R 4, R 5 and R 6 are each independently hydrogen, hydrogen, or its ester or alkyl ether, fish, cyano, alkyl, or trifluoromethyl, with the proviso that R 1 is not hydrogen; n is 2 or 3; X is hydrogen or an alkyl, cinnamon, nitro, trifluoromethyl methylpiperidine or fish; Z is a piperidine of general formula (a) or (b), of which Y is a pipeline of a) -NR7R8, of which R7 and R8 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl pellet, or - (CH2) p-piperidine of which p2 to 6 are integers the ring forming an optionally substituted, b) 5-, 6- or 7-membered optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated or partially unsaturated heterocycle; c) a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring substituted by a benzene ring, in the case of a substituted substituted cyclic ring system. ŕ |
