The present invention relates to novel oxazolidine derivatives of the general formula (I), to a process for their preparation and to their use as medicaments. In the general formula (I), A represents an oxygen or sulfur atom, D represents a hydrogen atom, a cycloalkylcarboxylic alkoxycarbonyl tube, or an optionally substituted alkyl or alkenyl tube, a D, an optionally substituted alkyl, ) d-NR10R11, - (CO) eNR12-CO-NR13R14, -NR15-SO2R16, R17R18-N-SO2-, R19-S (O) f or -CO-R20 wherein T is oxygen or sulfur, d and e is 0 or 1 R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R17 and R18 are hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl, f is 0, 1 or 2 R16 and R19 are alkyl, benzyl, phenyl or tolyl, R20 is an aryl tube, optionally substituted with a halogen atom, E and L are a progenitor or different and may be a hydrogen atom, a carboxy, halogen, cyano, formyl, trifluoromethyl, nitro or alkyl moiety, R1 is aryl, hydroxy or a -OR21, -O-SO2R22 or -NR23R24 formula.
