The present invention relates to a novel benzo-thiazolyl-substituted aminomethylchroman of formula (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen and R2 is -CH (CH3) 2 or -CH2-C (CH3) 2-Cl; or R 1 and R 2 taken together form a CH2-C (CH3) 2 towel and have a value of 3,4 or 5. They can be used as active ingredients in benzisothiazole-substituted aminomethyl chromatin, in particular for the treatment of disorders of the central colonic system. ยป |
