titleOfInvention Quality guaranteed binder based on ground fly-ash and calcium hydrate
abstract The present invention relates to an acidic fly ash and a hydrated binder based on lime hydrate, in which the dried fly ash is ground to the desired surface area and mixed with lime hydrate. The hydraulic binder consists of 75-85% by weight of ground acid fly ash and 25-15% powdered lime hydrate, where the sour fly ash: - dried mill milled fly ash with an X-ray ratio of more than 20% and preferably less than 4%, or more preferably less than 3% moisture; - Blaine specific surface area: 5500-8000 cm2 / g; - content of SO 3 up to 3%; - maximum 5% incineration loss; and lime hydrate: - white lime powder.
