abstract |
According to the proposal, raw milk is separated into lean and fatty parts and these are concentrated separately. The lean and fatty concentrates are mixed in the desired proportions and treated to form different dairy products. The proposal also deals with the production of cheeses, cheese and butter products which contain the largest part (preferably all) of protein components. They also contain fat in its original emulsion form. |
