abstract | According to the proposal oil is pressed from pumpkin seed and mixed with cereal flakes, preferably maize flakes. The remaining pumpkin seed is ground and mixed with the oily flakes. Alternatively, the pumpkin seed is ground, without pressing and mixed with the cereal flakes. The mixture should comprise 50-70% by mass of ground pumpkin seed, or pumpkin seed oil and ground left-over pumpkin seed, and 50-30% by mass of cereal flakes. |
