titleOfInvention Synergistic fungicidal composition and use of metalaxyl and fludioxonil
abstract Metalaxyl of formula (I) containing more than 70% by weight of the R-enantiomer or a mixture of pure R-metalaxyl with fluorooxonil of formula (II) has a significantly enhanced fungicidal effect in plant diseases. The high proportion of the R-enantiomer simultaneously enhances the degradability of metalaxyl in soil. The agent according to the invention is suitable for use on live plants in leaves, but is particularly suitable for plant propagation. The latter concept covers all kinds of germ (fruit, tuber, seed), seedling, cut shoot, etc. means. A preferred field of application is the treatment of various seeds, in particular cereal seed. ŕ
