titleOfInvention Particulate detergent composition and process for producing thereof
abstract The process of the granular detergent according to the invention, other than spray-drying, is a product in the direct bulk form having a density of at least 650 g / l, consisting of substantially homogeneous granular material and optionally post-dosed ingredients, and a) 15-50% by weight of organic surfactant system, b) 20-70% by weight alkali metal aluminosilicate support, c) 0.5 to 40% by weight of a water-soluble citric acid salt, d) and, if appropriate, 100% by weight of an additional amount of other detergent ingredients. At least 0.5% by weight of the citric acid salt, based on the composition, is present in the substantially homogeneous particulate base material, and the total amount of citric acid salt in the substantially homogeneous particulate base material has a Rosin-Rammler particle size of less than 800. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the above detergent and to the use of a Rosin-Rammler citric acid salt having a particle size of less than 800 microns to improve the dissolution properties of the granular detergent. ŕ
