abstract The process involves the process of mechanically flushing the pulp, sterilizing it, partially degreasing it and preserving it. The essence of the process is to heat the pulp in an annular space to 120 ° C, increase its pressure to at least 2 bar, and keep it under pressure for at least 2 minutes continuously, at this pressure, the pressure will then be reduced by the bulking of the pulp. The pressure pulp reduced to 0.1 to 1.0 bar is allowed to stand for 5 to 120 minutes, whereby the grease is released and exhaled. The apparatus for disposing of odor-containing vapors of the present invention comprises a pair of condensing units (12) and an adsorbing unit (13). The invention also relates to a fat service for the production of heat energy, comprising a boiler (11) comprising a spray head (11a) and a grease feed line (9c) connected to the spray head (11a). This device has a heated reservoir, the upper part of which is provided with an inlet (148) for supplying fat and a compressed air inlet. The grease-discharge valve on the reservoir part is connected to the boiler (11) by means of the grease feed lines (9c). Finally, the sterilization apparatus according to the invention has a housing and a mixing device therein. The latter has at least two spiral rod elements, one of which extends beyond the intermediate space portion of the housing, along a wall boundary within that space. ŕ
