Compounds of the general formula (I) of the present invention wherein Z is phenyl, optionally substituted with nitric, C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, phenyl, phenylbenzyl, phenyl (C 1-7 -alkyl) -phenyl; p is 1-3; R3 is hydrogen; A is C1-C14 alkylene piper, C1-C7 alkylphenyl (C1-C7 alkyl) piper, cycloalkyl piper of formula (b) or (C1-C7 alkyl) - (C3-C8 cycloalkyl) - -C 7 alkyl alkyl phthalate, or R 3 and A together with the nitrogen atom which is enclosed may form (n) a phthalate, of which the value of s is 1 to 3; R4 is hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 14 carbon atoms, or phenyl (C1-7 alkyl); R5 is C1-C14 alkyl piper, C1-20 alkylen-pipenyl, phenyl (C1-C7 alkyl) piper, which may be substituted on the phenyl piper with a C1-C7 alkyl piper; vay R4 and R5 together with my nitrogen atom can form a (a) compound of the general formula wherein r and q together are 1-3 and X is -CR12R13, of which R12 and R13 are hydrogen or m or a 3- to 7-membered saturated carbon atom and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts inhibit CEH and / or ACATenzymes in vitro and inhibit the absorption of steroid cholesterol, thus being useful as active ingredients in pharmaceutical preparations. ŕ |
