abstract According to the process of the present invention, L-isole leucine is produced by culturing, on a culture medium, microbial organisms belonging to the genus Escherichia which are gene-resistant to isole leucine anal and are capable of producing L-isole leucine until it is fish. L-isoleucine is then recovered from the medium. Suitable operant strains for the process according to the invention can be produced in such a way as to render L-threenine-producing microorganisms capable of producing L-threenine resistant to L-threonine by heat-blowing operation. Boiling broths can also be used, i.e., with isole leukine analogues and possibly arginine hydroexamate and / or ethininine-resistant operant strains from a wild strain of the genus Escher chia capable of producing L-isoleucine. ŕ
