titleOfInvention Process for manufacturing of conductive, chemical and abrasion-resistent walking-surface
abstract The proposed surface is laid on a liq. insulating layer, with a metallic network of earthing system using a synthetic resin based adhesive. The synthetic resin, pref. furfuran and/or phenol based resin, is mixed with 50-200% by volume of fine granular filler material, pref. ground quartz, quartz sand, soot and/or natural graphite, in the dry state and/or max. 10% by volume of electrolyte. The mixture is homogenised and allowed to set to some extent. The resulting synthetic resin mortar is used for the prepn. of conventional burnt silicate covering. Finally the covering is saturated with an hygroscopic electrolyte soln.
