abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of combined compositions (HDLCk) containing a biologically active substance and a lipid, wherein the ratio of the active ingredient to the lipid is at least 6 mol%, and which do not contain liposomes. The process involves dissolving the lipid in a medium polar organic solvent, dissolving the active ingredient in a biocompatible solvent, and mixing the two solutions.
