titleOfInvention | Process for producing n-guanidine-substituted amino acid derivatives |
abstract | The present invention relates to novel compounds of formula (II), to certain protected derivatives and to their salts. In formula (II), n is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, R 1 is -NHR 3, wherein R 3 is C 1 -C 5 alkyl or C 4 -C 8 cycloalkyl, R 2 is 1 C 5 -C 5 alkyl or C 4 -C 8 cycloalkyl, or R 1 and R 2, taken together with the C 1 -C 6 group between them, form a ring of formula (f). The above-mentioned compounds, which may replace the glycine of position 6 of LHRH, are important intermediates for the preparation of new LHRH analogue nona and deca peptides. ,-, Ν-CH-COOH '2 I (CH2) n NH I fy-C = nr2 (II) HNX% / h2c-ch2 H U199391 B Scope of the description: 8 pages, 6 formulas -1- |
