abstract |
A piezoelectric oscillation wedge, sensitive to mechanical stress requirements and working also at high temperatures is based on a LiNbO3 or LiTaO3 crystal cut in such a way, that its response to the shearing action is maximal but to the pressure it is negligible. The contact between the stationary and the mobile part is obtd. by a suitable adhesive. |
