abstract Prepn. comprises a) to 120 l of water the fo llowing is added (kg): 1-8 FRANGULA BARK, 1-6 ELDER FLOWER, 0.1-1 PEPPERMINT, 1-8 DANDELION ROOT, 1-8 CORN-SILK, 0.1-1 NETTLE LEAVES, 1-8 MUSTARD SEED, and 0.1-3 CORIANDER SEED. The mixt. is heated slowly to boiling, boiled for few, pref. 5 mins. and allowed to stand for pref. 8 hours, and b) followed by 0.1-3 tartaric ac., 0.1-0.8 source of potassium, 0.05-0.8 kg source of magnesium, a suitable quantity of artificial sweetener. Mixt. allowed to stand for few hours. c) The mixt. is pressed. opt. the extract is made up to 100 l with distilled water. A gelling agent is added pref. at 4% of extract.
