abstract The method comprises the mixing of active substances and excipients, granulating and compressing them. 1 to 10 % by weight, based on the mixture weight, of a water-swellable cyclodextrine polymer or of a polymer foam of cyclodextrine, is added to the powder mixture containing the active ingredient and the excipients. As an active ingredient, any active ingredient used in general in the composition of tablets may be added.
