abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to novel ergoline derivatives of formula (I): wherein R 1 is hydrogen or methyl, R 2 is hydrogen, halo, methyl, R 1 is hydrogen or methoxy, R 1 is C 1-4 alkyl or 3 to 4; C5 alkenyl, Xj is oxygen, sulfur or imino, A is carbonyl or sulfonyl, B is C1-4 alkyl, phenyl optionally substituted with C1-4, optionally substituted halogen, pyridyl, n 0, 1 or 2, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. According to the present invention, an ergolamine of formula (II) wherein R *, R 2, R 3, R * and n are as defined in the organic solvent, is an isocyanate, isothiocyanate or isoiminocyanate of formula (III): B is a reaction as defined above.
