titleOfInvention Process for producing ergot alkaloides first of all alpha-ergichriptine with parasitic method
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing mucosal alkaloids, especially alpha-ergocriptine, under parasitic conditions, characterized by the use of a variant of the Claviceps purpurea strain deposited at 00219 by the National Institute of Public Health as a microorganism strain. It has not been known under parasitic conditions, especially the variant producing ergocriptine alpha. The production of this new variant of the Claviceps purpurea strain is carried out by mutation-inducing radiation therapy and sexual and selection breeding. -1-
