abstract The alloy of the present invention is known to contain up to 1% carbon, 20-25% chromium, manganese, silicon, gallium and lanthanum, but the content of manganese includes silicon content: gallium content: lanthanum: 0.4 -1.0% 0 , 8 -2.5% is between 0.1 and 0.15% of 0.002-0.05%, and also contains at least 0.01% aluminum and at least 0.002% calcium and cerium each. The calcium content of the alloy is preferably 0.002-0.004%, and the content of cerium is preferably 0.002-0.05%. -1-
