titleOfInvention Process for producing solide or sprayable compositions containing herbicides as active agents
abstract The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of sprayable compositions wherein the 15-95% herbicidal active ingredient or mixture of active ingredients is admixed with a known excipient in an amount of 3 to 55% which provides the necessary wetting and dispersing effect alone. The compositions thus produced have a better buoyancy and wettability, and a lower foaming capacity than the compositions containing the separate dispersant and wetting agent. The sprayable herbicidal compositions of the present invention comprise a liquid wetting dispersant obtained by condensation of β-naphthalene sulfonic acid and aqueous sulphite alkali earth by formaldehyde. For solid sprayable agents, a solid wetting agent, dispersing agent is used in the preparation of the agent. -1-
