abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to novel racemic or optically active oxyimino-E-homobumane derivatives of formula (IV) wherein R1 is C1-C4 alkyl, R1 is halogen substituted phenyl (C1-C4) alkyl. for the preparation of their and their Ζ, Ε-geometric isomers by racemic or optically active dioxo-E-homobumane of the formula (III): wherein R2 is as defined above, with a hydroxylamine derivative of the formula Rj-O-NH2 - wherein R 3 is as defined above, or reacted with a salt thereof, and optionally the novel oxyimino-E-homobumane derivative of formula (IV) obtained is divided into Z, E-geometric isomers. The novel compounds of formula (IV) are important intermediates for valuable apovinkamic acid ester derivatives. |
