titleOfInvention | Process for producing new 4-figure bracket-p-square bracket-bis-bracket-2-chloro-ethyl-bracket closed-amino-square bracket closed-phenyl-figure bracket closed-buty ic acid derivatives for estradiol |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:An addition compound II composed of an esteradiol derivative and chlorambucil. USE:Anti-tumor agent, having selectivity to cancer cells having receptors, and low side effects. Especially effective to breast cancer, solenoma, prostatic cancer, nephritic cancer, thyroid cancer, etc. PROCESS:The objective compound X is prepared by reacting the 17-OH group of estradiol with a functional group-introducing agent (e.g. monobromoacetyl bromide) in a solvent such as THF, etc., and then reacting the reaction product with an anti- tumor agent (e.g. silver salt of chlorambucil) in a solvent such as DMSO at 0- 100 deg.C for 2-74 hours. |
