abstract The predominantly novel compounds are for the most part applicable as intermediates in the pharmaceutical industry, but in part they are also directly usable as an active ingredient with antianginoeser effect. For example, 2-amino-pyrroline is reacted with ethyl-ethoxy-methylene-cyanoacetate to obtain 3-cyano-4-oxo-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-pyrrolo (1,2-a) pyrimidine.
