titleOfInvention | New generation rhythmic cell stimulator |
abstract | The new generation rhythmic cell stimulator (1) provides a technological solution for laboratory research where mechanical stimulation of cells, tissues, molecules and their repeatability are required. The essence of the invention is the use of mechanical stimulus pressure heads (2) for the transmission of energy through the transfer materials surrounding the experimental cultures. For the cultures in the plates, external environmental influences can be exerted that simulate compressive, tensile, tensile forces. The control of the electromagnets performing the mechanical stimulation mediated by the pressure heads (2) or the stepping motors is provided by a computer program. Once the data has been saved and reused, the experiment can be reproduced at any time. The compatibility of the test specimens is ensured by the compatibility of the detachable / detachable pressure heads (2) provided by the reusable, sterilizable release locking mechanism (3). The mobile application of the device, which can also be used in an in-vitro environment, is made possible by the use of gyroscope technology, which provides automatic leveling. In addition to the use of a stainless steel casing and accessories, it also helps to maintain the in-vitro environment by providing radio frequency communication and battery operation. |
