abstract | The present invention relates to piperidine-2,6-deones of formula (I) substituted at the 3-position with a heterocyclic group; relates to the preparation and use as a medicament of these compounds. The therapeutic agents of the invention are particularly useful in the treatment and / or prevention of immune modulators and inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, as well as haematological-oncological diseases.
