The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the substituents have the meanings indicated inter alia: R1 is optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, heterocycloalkyl or heterocycloalkenyl; R2 is NR15R16, S (O) 0-2R17 or OR17, wherein R5 is inter alia hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, (hetero) cycloalkyl or (hetero) cycloalkenyl; R16 and R17 are, inter alia, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, (hetero) aryl, (hetero) cycloalkyl, (hetero) cycloalkenyl, R3 is optionally substituted (hetero) aryl, (hetero). cycloalkyl, (hetero) cycloalkenyl, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or haloalkyl; nitro, hydrogen or halogen; R4 is = O, = S or OR21, wherein R21 is hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, (hetero) cycloalkyl or (hetero) cycloalkenyl; R5, R6 and R7 are independently selected from optionally substituted (hetero) cycloalkyl, (hetero) cycloalkenyl or (hetero) aryl; hydrogen, nitrile, nitro, hydroxy, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or cycloalkoxy.
