abstract | The present invention relates to novel heteroaryl derivatives of the general formula (I) and to their use in the preparation thereof, in particular for the treatment of tumors. In formula I, R, R 1, R 2, R 3 are optionally selected from the group consisting of 1-9. acridine carbon atoms, the same or different, independently of one another hydrogen, straight or branched C2-C8 alkyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl, straight or branched C1-C8 alkylcarbonyl, preferably acetyl, straight or branched C 8 -C 8 alkoxy, halogen, aryl (C 1 -C 8) alkoxy, preferably benzyloxy or phenylethoxy, nitro, amino, mono- (C 1 -C 4) alkylamino, di- (C 1 -C 4) alkylamino ), C 1 -C 8 alkoxycarbonylamino, (C 1 -C 6 alkoxycarbonylamino) - (C 1 -C 8 alkyl), cyano, straight or branched cyano (C 1 -C 6 alkyl), carboxy, C 8 -C 8 alkoxycarbonyl, C 1 -C 4 alkyl substituted with one or more fluorine atoms, preferably trifluoromethyl, carboxy-C 1 -C 8 alkyl or C 1 -C 8 alkoxycarbonyl-C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 6 -alkenyl, preferably allyl, 2-6 C 1 -C 4 alkynyl, preferably ethynyl or propargyl, linear or branched cyano (C 1 -C 6 alkyl), preferably cyanomethyl, aryl, wherein the aryl radical is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, straight and branched; C 8 -C 8 alkyl, C 3 -C 7 -cycloalkyl, carboxy, straight or branched chain. C1-C8 alkoxycarbonyl, preferably t-butoxycarbonyl, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, straight or branched C1-C8 alkoxy, preferably methoxy or ethoxy, benzyloxy, nitro, amino, mono- (C1-C4) alkylamino) , di- (C 1-4 alkylamino), cyano, or straight or branched cyano (C 1-6 alkyl) groups.
