The layered structure material, in particular for construction use, in particular a fibrous sheet material, consists of a base layer and at least one further functional layer prepared from a mixture of hydraulic binder and water-reducing agent (s) applied to it. In essence, the functional layer (s) is (are) prepared from a mixture of starting material (s) containing a sufficient amount of water-reducing additive (s) to dehydrate them through the azalayer and any additional functional layer (s). According to the method developed for the production of such layered building materials with purpose-adjustable characteristics and properties according to the intended use, a base layer is first prepared and then an aqueous material mixture containing a hydraulic binder and at least one water-reducing agent is prepared. The aqueous mixture is formed on the substrate by a functional layer, dewatered or allowed to dehydrate: The aqueous mixture preparation, application and dewatering process steps are optionally repeated cyclically, while the aqueous functional mixture (s) are prepared as the starting material. the water-reducing additive (s) is (are) applied in a quantity sufficient to porosate the functional layer (s) through the base layer and the optional additional functional layer (s).
