The present invention relates to substituted C-cyclohexylmethylamine compounds of formula (I): wherein: A represents hydrogen or unsubstituted or singly or multiply substituted aryl or heteroaryl; R 1 is saturated unsaturated, branched or unbranched, unsubstituted or singly or multiply substituted C 1-10 alkyl or C 3-10 cycloalkyl; aryl, heteroaryl; aryl, saturated or unsaturated with C 1 -C 3 alkyl or C 1-3 alkylene; saturated, unsaturated C3-C3 alkyl group or C3-C10 cycloalkyl bonded via C 1-3 alkylene or ethynyl, or saturated or unsaturated alkyl having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or C 1-3 alkylene, or heteroaryl bonded via an orethyl group, wherein the radicals may be unsubstituted or mono- or polysubstituted the same or different substituents may be attached; R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen; saturated unsaturated, branched or unbranched, unsubstituted or singly or multiply substituted C 1-10 alkyl or C 3-10 cycloalkyl; unsubstituted or singly or multiply substituted aryl or heteroaryl; or unsubstituted or singly or multiply substituted aryl, C 3-10 cycloalkyl or heteroaryl, saturated or unsaturated with C 1-3 alkylene or C 1-3 alkylene; or R 2 and R 3 together form a -CH 2 CH 2 OCH 2 CH 2 -, -CH 2 CH 2 NR 6 CH 2 CH 2 - or - (CH 2) 3-6 group; the sub-formula (Ia) of formula (I) having the group X corresponds to the sub-formula (A), (B) or (C), and the compounds of formula (I) of the group Z and Y are part (E), (F), (G), (H) or (I).
