titleOfInvention | Nitrate reactive root transcription factor |
abstract | The present invention relates to isolated root transcription factor nucleic acids and to proteins encoded by them. The present invention provides methods and compositions for modifying the level of the root transcription factor in plants. The present invention relates to further combinatorial expression frames, host cells, and transgenic plants. Modifying the anthracite-reacting genes makes it possible to utilize the available nitrogen source at its root, which has economic and environmental benefits. Increased control of the growth of side roots can be well used in the recultivation of soils or in preventing their erosion. Increasing the root biomass is a special source of root material. Modification of the nitrate-reactive genes can also be used to stimulate cuttings to root crops in the case of trees and ornamental plants. HE |
