FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to compounds of formula I and salts thereof for use in modulating dopamine D3 receptors in the treatment of psychotic conditions (e.g., schizophrenia) and narcotic abuse, wherein R2 and R3 are hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, oxime, alkyl, alkoxy. -, arylalkoxy, alkylthio, alkoxyalkyl, cycloalkylalkoxy, alkanoyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, (alkylsulfonyl) oxy, (alkylsulfonyl) alkyl -, arylsulfonyl, (arylsulfonyl) oxy, (arylsulfonyl) alkyl, alkylsulfonamido, alkylamido, (alkylsulfonamido) alkyl, (alkylamido) - alkyl, arylsulfonamido, arylcarboxamido, (arylsulfonamido) alkyl, (arylcarboxamido) alkyl, arylcarbonyl, (arylcarbonyl) alkyl or arylalkanoyl groups ; R5OCO (CH2) p-, R5CON (R6) (CH2) p-, R5R6NCO (CH2) p- or R5R6NSO2 (CH2) p-, wherein p is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; R5 s R6 are hydrogen, alkyl, or [R5CON (R6) (CH2) p, R5R6NCO (CH2) p or R5R6NSO2- (CH2) p] R5CONR6 or R5R6N taken together with the azacyclic group which may optionally be a further oxygen, - or contains a sulfur atom; or Ar3 -Z-, wherein Ar3 is an optionally substituted phenyl or aromatic heterocyclic group, and Z is a bond, oxy, thio or methylene; R1 and R4 are hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, bromo, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxy, cyano or nitro; B is thio or methylene; t is 3 or 4; and optionally substituted aromatic heterocyclic groups.
