Ethylene Dicysteine (EC) Drug Conjugates, Preparations, and Methods for Tissue-Specific Imaging of Disease |
abstract |
The present invention generally relates to a labeling strategy using 99TC complexed with ethylene dicysteine (EC). EC is conjugated to various ligands, complexed with 99TC, and used as a tissue-specific imaging agent. The drug conjugates of the invention may also be used as a prognostic device or for the site-specific delivery of therapeutic agents to a mammal. The present invention also provides kits for use in tissue-specific imaging. SHE |
