The present invention relates to the compounds of formula (I), their tautomers and stereoisomers, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts of tautomers and isomers thereof. In the general formula (1), X 1 is a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom, a sulfinyl group, a sulfonyl group or a methylene group; X2 is oxygen, sulfur or methylene; X3 is -NR5- or -carbonyl or thiocarbonyl; R1 is hydrogen or nitrile; R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen or alkyl, or taken together may form - (CH2) p-; R4 is R4A when X3 is NR5 and R4B when X3 is carbonyl or thiocarbonyl; R4A is R6R7NC (= O) -, R6R7NC (= S) -; R8 (CH2) qC (= O) -, R8 (CH2) qC (= S) -, R8 (CH2) qSO2 -, R8 (CH2) qOC (= O) - or R8 (CH2) qOC (= S) - a group of the general formula; R4B is R6R7N-; R5 is hydrogen or alkyl; m is 1-3; 0-4. The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds, which are useful in the treatment of at least one of the two types of diabetes, insufficient glucose tolerance, growth hormone deficiency, polycystic ovary syndrome, and autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
