abstract | The present invention relates to novel 5-HT1A receptors that bind efficiently to image indole derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, and the use of the compounds of the present invention in the manufacture of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of psycho-psychiatric and neurological disorders. However, a number of compounds of the present invention are effective as inhibitors of recombinant serotonin and / or D4. it acts as a ligand, thus being particularly useful in the treatment of depression and psychosis.
