abstract | The present invention relates to pyrazolecarboxamide derivatives of the general formula (I) wherein X is oxygen or sulfur; R1 is C1-C3 alkyl, C1-C3 haloalkyl, C1-C3 alkoxy-C1-C3 alkyl, or C1-C3 haloalkoxy-C1-C3 alkyl ) alkyl; R 2 is C 1-3 haloalkyl; and R3 is -halo; with the proviso that when R1 is methyl, R2 is trifluoromethyl, and X is oxygen, then R3 is bromo or iodo. The compounds of the present invention have plant protection properties and can be used to protect plants against phytopathogenic microorganisms.
