Carrier ruthenium oxide catalyst, a process for preparing a supported ruthenium catalyst and a process for producing chlorine |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a supported ruthenium oxide catalyst selected from: (1) a supported ruthenium oxide catalyst containing rutile crystalline formate containing titanium oxide and obtained by calcination at a temperature of at least 550 ° C; (2) a supported ruthenium oxide catalyst having a carbon monoxide adsorption capacity of at least 87.5 ml / grutenium in the catalyst; (3) a supported ruthenium oxide catalyst which is prepared by a process comprising the following steps: a ruthenium compound is applied to a support, calcined with a support slurene compound at a temperature of at least 200 ° C in a single oxidizing gas atmosphere, in an inert atmosphere or in a reducing gas atmosphere; and hydrazine-treated substance. These catalysts have a high catalytic activity, and thus produce less chlorine in their application, lower temperatures. HE |
