The present invention relates to a method of treating depression or anxiety in a mammal, including a human, comprising administering to the mammal a biaryl ether derivative of formula (I) together with a dopamine D3 receptor agonist. The present invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, a biaryl ether derivative of formula (I), and a dopamine D 3 receptor agonist. wherein each of the phenyl ring group A and the phenyl ring group B can be independently substituted with a naphthyl group; and wherein the phenyl ring group A is substituted with a naphthyl group; bonded to the adjacent ring carbon atoms of the naphthyl group and none of said adjacent ring carbon atoms being adjacent to the fused ring carbon atom of said naphthyl group; n and m are independently 1, 2, or 3 |
