abstract The present invention is a composition for use in a nicotine inhaler. The composition is characterized by the presence of nicotine and the hot materials of formula (1) and (2) or a mixture thereof. It is preferred that the composition comprises ethyl alcohol as a tensile adjusting agent. In formula (1), n is 1. X is NH, N, or O. R 1 is C 6 -C 11 alkyl, or 6-11 alkenyl or alkadienyl, C 6-11 aralkyl. R2 is methyl. R3 is H. In general formula (2), X is NH or O is Q (CH2) n where n = 1-4.
