abstract The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I), their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates having anticonvulsant activity, wherein R1 is hydrogen, alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy or alkoxy, phenylalkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl: R2 is hydrogen, or at most 3 is hydrogen; substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, nitro, cyano, azido, trifluoromethoxy, (trifluoromethyl) thio, (trifluoromethyl) sulfonyl, trifluoroacetyl, alkyl; , alkenyl, alkynyl, perfluoroalkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkoxy, alkylcarbonyl, cycloalkyloxy, cycloalkylcarbonyl, cycloalkylalkoxy, (cycloalkylalkyl) carbonyl -, phenyl, phenoxy, benzyloxy, benzoyl, phenylalkyl, alkylthio, alkylsulfonyl, (dialkylamino) sulfonyl, (alkylamino) sulfonyl, ( dialkylamino) carbonyl, (alkylamino) carbonyl, carbamoyl, or -NR5R6, or two R2 saturated or unsaturated, optionally forming a carbocyclic group interrupted by oxy or imino; R3 and R4 are hydrogen or alkyl, or the two R3 and / or R4 are co-spiroalkyl, with the proviso that at least one of R3 and R4 is other than hydrogen: and X is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, alkyl or alkoxy.
