titleOfInvention Laminated plastic, packaging material and packaging process
abstract The present invention relates to a laminate comprising a gas impermeable film capable of separating into a multilayer substantially gas permeable layer and a gas impermeable layer, the gas permeable layer adhering to the gas impermeable layer with a predetermined internal film cohesive force; and a gas-permeable film associated with the bonding force associated with the gas-impermeable film that is greater than the cohesive force of the inner film between the gas-permeable and gas-impermeable layers of the gas-impermeable film, thereby the gas becomes fragmented within the impermeable layer so that the gas permeable layer of the gas impermeable film remains attached to the gas impermeable film. The invention further relates to a packaging material comprising a product carrier element and a laminated plastic cover layer enclosing the product in the cavity and adhering to the carrier element. The invention also relates to a process for packaging in the above packaging material. SHE
