abstract The present invention relates to a process for the production of enzyme-containing granules. According to this procedure, an aqueous liquid containing an enzyme is mixed with an edible carbohydrate-based solid carrier such as starch, blended with mechanical methods and then dried. This enzyme granule is suitable for the manufacture of feed compositions by mixing the feed ingredients with the granules and then treating the mixture with steam and pelleting. The stability of enzyme inhibition in the formulation is increased. HE
