abstract The present invention relates to a therapeutic composition comprising a) a first active ingredient selected from aformoterol, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, and a solvate of the salt; b) a second active ingredient selected from arofleponide and a fatty acid ester thereof; wherein the molar ratio of a) to b) in the composition is from 1: 1 to 1: 100. In the composition a) preferably formoterol fumarate dihydrate; b) preferably rofleponide palmitate. The dry powder formulation further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable inhalation adjuvant, diluent or carrier. The average particle diameter by weight is less than 10 mm. The composition is used for the treatment of respiratory disorders, including asthma, mainly by inhalation of the active ingredient components simultaneously or sequentially. HE
