abstract | The present invention relates to a therapeutic composition comprising a) a first active ingredient selected from aformoterol, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, and a solvate of the salt; b) a second active ingredient selected from arofleponide and a fatty acid ester thereof; wherein the molar ratio of a) to b) in the composition is from 1: 1 to 1: 100. In the composition a) preferably formoterol fumarate dihydrate; b) preferably rofleponide palmitate. The dry powder formulation further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable inhalation adjuvant, diluent or carrier. The average particle diameter by weight is less than 10 mm.
