titleOfInvention FORMULATION OF STABILIZED ORTHO-SILICIC ACID, ITS PREPARATION AND USE
abstract Stabilized solution of ortho-silicic acid as a source of silicon consists of: ortho-silicic acid (H4SiO4), in an amount of 0.1-8% w / w; salts of L-carnitine with pharmaceutically acceptable acids and / or preferably carboxylic acids with one or more carbonyl groups, tartaric, hydrochloric, acetic and phosphoric in an amount of 5-50% w / w; pharmaceutically acceptable acids in an amount of 2-12% w / w; auxiliary ortho-silicic acid stabilizers selected from the group: glycerol, 1,2-propylene glycol, glucosamine, or mixtures thereof, in an amount of 4-50% w / w; and a diluent selected from the group consisting of: purified water, ethanol, or mixtures of said substances, in an amount up to a total of 100% w / w. Its application effectively achieves all known positive therapeutic effects of silicic acid, so it is used as a therapeutic agent against immune and allergic disorders, disorders of the cardiovascular system, bone and skin disorders and as an anti-inflammatory agent. In plants, application of the solution of the present invention increases yields due to improved nutrient utilization; resistance to stressful conditions such as drought or hail; and resistance to insect attacks and fungal diseases.
