titleOfInvention MICRO-ORGANISM DEVICES IN METAL, WATER AND AIR WORKING EMULSIONS
abstract The device for destroying microorganisms in metal, water and air treatment emulsions consists of three segments. In the first segment (10) there is an inlet for air purification and electrical components. Air purification begins with the flow of air through the perforated sheet (27) to which the oil filter (13) is continued, for the absorption of oil particles from the air and the carbon filter (14), for the absorption of odors, and for the airflow a fan (15) is used. The electrical components consist of a switch (16), an automatic circuit breaker (17), a safety automatic circuit breaker (18), a time relay (19), an intermediate phase meter (20) and throttles (21). The second segment (11) is divided into two parts between which there are UV-C tubes (22). The first part above the UV-C pipe (22) serves for air flow, and the second part below the UV-C pipe (22) serves for the flow of emulsion entering from the inlet pipe with the tap (24). The space through which the emulsion flows has compartments (23) of different heights arranged from highest to lowest to achieve free fall, and are positioned directly below the UV-C tubes (22). The space through which the emulsion flows ends in the drainage pipe (25). The third segment is intended for the purified air outlet. Upon the passage of air through the perforated air outlet (27), air is channeled through the enclosure to eliminate the penetration of UV-C air into the environment.
