abstract A compound of formula (I) wherein R 1 is a heteroaryl or aryl group, wherein said heteroaryl or aryl groups are optionally substituted with multiple groups selected from halogen atoms and (C 1 -C 4) alkyl, (C 1 -C 4) alkoxy, (C3-C7) cycloalkyl, aryl, hydroxy, cyano, -NH2, -NO2 group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4) alkyl group; R3 represents a group - (CH2) n-NR4R5 in which is equal to 2, 3 or 4 or R4 and R5 represent independently of one another (C1-C4) alkyl, (C3-C7) cycloalkyl, or alternatively R4 and R5 together form, with an atom the nitrogen carrying them, (C3-C9) heterocycloalkyl; or a group- (CH2) mR6 in which I is equal to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 and R6 represents a (C3-C9) heterocycloalkyl group containing at least one nitrogen atom and attached to the triazine ring by a carbon atom, where (C3-C9) a heterocycloalkyl group optionally substituted with one or more (C1-C4) alkyl groups; or alternatively R2 and R3 together with the nitrogen atom carrying them (C5-C9) form heterocycloalkyls containing 2 nitrogen atoms; provided that when R1 represents phenyl, R4 and R5 do not simultaneously represent methyl; in the form of alkali or acid-formed salt, as well as in the form of hydrates or solvates.
